I recently bought my son the Barracuda X as he uses a Switch and PS4 as his gaming devices. The headset and mic work flawlessly on the switch but the mic sounds crackly when on the PS4. I can't figure out why as when I move the dongle over to the Switch it immediately works perfectly again. Any ideas?
