Barracuda X - Different Models?

Hi, I was planning to buy the wireless headphones "Barracuda X", but I discovered that there are 2 different model numbers available online: (*Omitted) (*Omitted) I need to know please what is the difference between these two models (there is also 10$ price difference), so that I can place the correct order. Thank you.

    It's physically the same model. The only difference might be the box (produced for US or EU etc).
