Hello everyone!



I'm living in Brazil and here they don't sell Barracuda X, because of that, I decided to buy it thru Amazon EUA. It took 2 weeks to arrive and now when I tested it it does not work, I'm very frustrated with that. I saw other topics in this forum about that and I don't know what I can do to solve it, I just bought this headset to use it wirelessly.



I tested it with a PC using a dongle, in a laptop with windows without a dongle, in a Mac with and without a dongle, and in an Android phone, and don't work at all. I really don't know what I can do to solve that problem.



Can someone help me with that?

You can try this guide on how to connect your Barracuda X via a USB C dongle. But if you still can't connect using the guide, please send me the serial number of your device along with a copy of the headset's proof of purchase in case we'll have to submit a warranty claim.
