I bought the headset in 2022 (Razer Barracuda X). After three months, the dongle stopped working it was no longer detected by the PC overnight. I reported the issue, and they had to send me a new headset since there were no dongles available (I searched online to see if there were any replacements, and the only one I found was on the Razer website, but it was out of stock).
Today, the dongle has broken again it worked yesterday, and today it doesn’t. Unfortunately, the warranty expired on the 19th of this month.
I'm not asking for anything to be sent for free. I just want to know if there is any dongle available for purchase on the Razer store, and if not, what alternatives I have. Thanks
