Barracuda X Dongle just stoped working

Hey everyone,

My Barracuda X headphones suddenly stopped working today. Last night, everything was fine, but this morning, they turn on but won’t connect. I suspect the issue might be with the dongle rather than the headphones themselves.

I’ve tried:

  • Plugging the dongle directly into a USB-C port
  • Changing USB ports
  • Using the Razer Headset Pairing Utility, but it doesn’t detect the headphones

Nothing seems to work. Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions on how to fix it?
