For 3 days now, i couldn’t connect my headset to my pc via wireless dongle. The headset itself works fine (i can still connect it to my phone via bluetooth for example) but i can’t select it on my pc.
I use the USB-A to USB-C adapter that comes with it since i dont have a USB-C port on my computer.
I also confirmed that the adapter itself is functional (i can use the adapter to charge my phone/connect it to the pc)
I can’t run any driver updates or the pairing utility either because the dongle is not being detected by my pc at all.
Anyone have any shouts for this issue?
