Barracuda X dongle not recognized on Windows 11 PC

I have used my barracuda X razer for the past 2 years on my old i5 PC. I upgraded to i7, win 11 and the PC won’t recognize the dongle / pair the headset. 

I have tried the troubleshooting “hard reset” hold the on button and mic button. I have tried to switch the power settings. I am at my wits end. Of course, the 2 year warranty went out in February. However, since it is working with my other PC I’m super perplexed.

Same here. I can use my headset on my main PC but when I plug it into my laptop the laptop doesn’t seem to detect the headset. When I plug in the transmitter windows makes the connection sound. I tried everything I could think of to get Windows to show the device but nothing. This is not cool.
