Barracuda X Headset

I have the Razer Barracuda X wireless headset and it works perfectly fine on my old computer, I just built my new one no issues with the pc, but when I use my headset on my new computer it will randomly cut out and no sound comes through. I am unable to do the driver from razer because it says my headset is not plugged in. Need help fixing it. Headset still works perfectly fine on old pc and no cutting out but on new pc it cuts out all the time.

Anything helps.

same issue-ish. old laptop works fine.

got a new rig for gaming, it won’t even detect it to get it installed, can’t run pairing utility, can’t update firmware/drivers.

it’s like it doesn’t exist.

it seems like win11 or microsoft has done something that makes it incompatible is what it seems on my end. went from win10 to win11, icore5 to icore7… any help would be a blessing. 

love this headset, really fixing to game on the new rig, but other headsets suck.

any help would be most advantageous for me as well.
