I recently purchased the Barracuda X. It sounds hooked up easily wirelessly and sounds great. However, as soon as I plug in any mic to the slot, I lose all sound and the microphone does not work. I tried the mic that comes with the headset and another from a previous headset, both caused the issue. I double checked my settings and assured that everything was set to the Barracuda headset and microphone.
Any help would be appreciated.
