Hi everyone! I just got Barracuda X, I love the sound so far. My issue is... my Microphone isn't being properly detected by Windows. Discord detects it but it's sooo quiet. Windows doesn't give me the option to increase the level boost like regular mics. Does anyone know what I can do?



Windows doesn't detect the sound going into the mic.

Discord does.

Try to use a different USB-A port, preferably a 3.0 port. For now, follow this guide to adjust the level boost of your headset. Should the issue persists, please PM me your device's serial number to look for other possible fixes.
