Barracuda X microphone stop working

Hi all, today the microphone of my 4 months old Barracuda X stopped working, I tried on another computer and same issue, headphone is OK but mic doesn't work. I'm using win 11 but same issue on win 10, any tips to try before I contact the support for fixing/replacement?
