Barracuda X not connecting to OnePlus3/Android9

I just bought (Barracuda) X and it works with PC via dongle but my OnePlus 3T/Android9 doesn't respond when I connect the dongle to it. X keeps blinking blue as trying to connect. Nothing happens on phone. No status changes. No options in settings to find or connect X. It is totally invisible. X audio and microphone work OK with 3.5mm cable but, of course, accepting calls does not. I cannot contact support because they require 15 char S/N number which should be on the pad but there's no S/N number and not any other 15 char code either. Ideas?

Can you try connecting the headset to a different smartphone? This might have something to do with the OnePlus' USB-C implementation since it's working just fine on your PC and when connecting via a 3.5mm cable. Anyway, you can find the serial number of your headset by checking its Master Guide. Do send me a PM should you need further assistance. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
