Barracuda X not connecting to PC via bluetooth or USBC dongle/connector

I have had this headset since Jan 2022. I used to use it with my PS4, which worked perfectly with the USBC Dongle plugged into the USB A connector. Now that i got a PC, i am trying to connect my headset so I don't have to use a wired connection (especially since i cant use mic and audio simultaneously) I have tried everything on the support and FAQ Troubleshooting page. I cant connect it to bluetooth on my PC or my phone. I cant get it to connect to the dongle with and without the connector. My PC and another computer dont even recognize the dongle. I have tried countless solutions over the last few months. Please help.

Eu tive o mesmo problema, e nunca me ajudaram, ta jogando em casa esse fone pois só funciona via p2 que fica muito ruim o som, o dongle começou a aquecer e parou de funcionar
