I bought some Razer Barracuda X last November and they worked fine until I damaged the bluetooth transmitter dongle. I bought a replacement which just arrived and now I am attempting to pair the headphones with it but they won’t enter pairing mode. I’m following the instructions on the Pairing Utility software and holding the power button for 5 seconds but the headphones are just turning on as usual and not entering pairing mode. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong and I can’t find anyone else online with the same issue.
Im having the same issue right now. I have the Razer Barracuda and just bought a new dongle as I messed up my last one, but it wont enter pairing mode no matter how long I hold the button down. :(
having the same issue kinda, ive had the headset for a while and just got a new pc and tried connecting it shows up now but no audio is playing and the razer pairing app says its not paired i wish i could find a fix i dont wanna buy a new headset after just buying a new pc lmao
