Barracuda X not pairing

My headphones suddenly stopped connecting to the dongle (I'm not sure if that's what it's called). I've tried downloading synapse 3 but the headphones don't show up on it either. Since I'm using my PC I'm forced to use the USB wire to connect to my headphones. Can I get any advice for my headphones?

    i have exactly the same problem. They just suddenly stopped working. weird thing is they were fine this morning. I bought them a month ago this is unacceptable. I will never buy from razer ever again. only shiny lights and cool logos.
