Hi there.



I recently bought a 2021 Barracuda X. I’m facing issue regarding the headset when use with PS5 -



1. Overall headset volume is low when connected to PS5 wirelessly via the USB-C dongle. I have maxed out the volume both on my PS5 & headset. I cant seem to be able to adjust any further. However, audio volume is quite normal / loud when connected to DualSense via audio cable / jack.



2. Chat / game audio balance level is greyed out, & I cant do any adjustment to it. Any help with this please?



The Barracuda works great with my laptop, Switch & Xbox, but somehow seems to have the above problem only on PS5.
