Barracuda X recognized as speaker, can't change audio format

Hello! I just bought a Barracuda X (white version), connected the dongle and everything seemed fine. Except it gets recognized as a speaker instead of headphones and I can't change the audio format. the format is stuck at 16 bit, 48000 Hz and can't be changed. Only when I use the aux cable, I get to change the format. Tried reinstalling drivers and connecting the dongle to a different usb port but nothing seem to change.

That's a bummer! Please PM me the serial number so I can validate its model specifications and look for steps to help you with the audio issue of the right ear speaker of your headset. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
