Barracuda X robotic sound issues

This headset is new, like a couple weeks old. I thought my new motherboard was having a USB issue but now I’m not so sure. Have now used them on 2 separate PCs and after a little while of being on, audio will start distorting and get robotic at times. Both wired or wireless doesn’t make a difference. I’ve tried general audio troubleshooting. Downloaded the recommended apps on one of the PCs. If there is a possible fix, I’d love to know so I don’t have to return and get yet another headset.
