I have many suggested ways by triple-click power button, try to update firmware and re-pairing utility. However, the case is the dongle do detected by my devices (try on laptop, phone & ipad) but when try to update the firmware or re-pairing it, the headphone itself is not detected
for example, i follow the step 1: insert dongle to laptop (not using the hub) complete. Step 2: power on the headphone and wait until led light blinking blue, done. The problem is i cannot go into the step because the headphone cannot be paired.
the headphone keep blinking blue even the dongle is inserted. Please help, i have try many ways but none succeed.
