barracuda x sound glitching with dongle

Hi there!
I just bought a Barracuda X on this week and i have a problem with the dongle i think: sometimes im have a little clicking noise (like a clock on the wall) in the background and sometimes the sound is just glitches. Im reinstalled the drivers on my laptop but nothing happened. Is it a software problem or maybe some hardware? Im using windows 11.
i tried it on an other laptop and the problemmwas the same.

So I have the same issue… I tried connecting directly to the audio jack and it worked.. connected the dongle to my phone and it worked.

Somehow it continued to glitch on my PC… I end up trying to sync via Bluetooth another device and while searching somehow it stopped glitching, maybe the Bluetooth was creating some kind of issue or interference.
