As the subject stated, Barracuda X turns off randomly without an actually feedback, and i have to hold the powerbutton and turn it back on from time to time. new items, battery full charged, did connected to razer audio apps to turn off auto shut but still nothing works.

Saw few similar threads on the support forum and you razer team done nothing to help your consumer to solve the issue.
