Barracuda X USB C dongle stopped working PS5

Hello! I’ve been using my Barracuda X now for a few weeks and really liking it. It came to charging it today so I connected it to my PS5 where I charge my controller and since the USB C dongle is no longer showing up. It’s like it’s died. Has anyone else seen this? Or do I need to get a replacement?

Have you tried connecting the headset wirelessly on your PC to check if it behaves the same? Please PM me the serial number of your headset along with a copy of your proof of purchase. I can use those to verify its model, and in case we'll have to submit a warranty claim. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
