Hi Razer support team, recently my Barracuda X USB-C dongle/transceiver RC30-03801 stopped working (already tried plugging in multiple devices and unable to be detected) while the headphone itself is still working just fine (blinking light when trying to connect to the dongle). Can I check if there is a way to get the adaptor repaired or any available options to get a new one? Thank you
