BARRACUDA X When is battery fully charged?

I have a new Barracuda X. I put it on charge and the indicator glows red. After a while it changes to a repetitive cycle of a double green blink followed by a pause. Does this mean it’s fully charged? I expected a solid green indicator. I left it on overnight and it was stilll blinking.
