I purchased a Barracuda X three months ago and have loved it since. But it suddenly stopped charging, I’ve tried multiple cables to no success. Any advice would be appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear about your Razer Barracuda X experiencing charging issues. Does your headset still turn on? If you attempt to charge your device, does it show that it’s charging or is the % stuck? To isolate the problem, make sure the charging port is clean and free of dust or debris. Try using a different power source to see if the issue persists.
