BARRACUDA X Wireless - The mic does not work

Hi Guys, wondering if anyone has the same issue with the BARRACUDA X Wireless. I have only used it for 5 times in 2 months, the mic was functioning but does not work now, it was perfectly connected with the headset and the mute button was off. I have tried to connect it with PC, PS5, Xbox Series S and even with the wire. All devices cannot record my sound now.
