Barracuda X wireless transceiver dongle no longer working

Hello! I usually connect my Barracuda X headset to my laptops (one work, one personal) and phone with the wireless transceiver USB dongle. I have been using it like this for a couple of years with no problems. However the dongle has now suddenly stopped working. When I connect the dongle to the laptop, the blue light on the headset continually flashes and doesn’t connect. I’ve tried on both my latops and my phone, the problem is the same. I’ve connected the headset using the wired lead with the jack - and this works, so the headset itself is OK. Are replacement dongles available? Thanks in advance!

Please bear with me for a bit. Can you download the Headset Pairing Utility and follow the steps from this link? Please also send me a PM with the serial number together with your locaiton/country so I can verify it in our system and check our inventory.
