Barricuda X not working.

Just bought the Barricuda X from Walmart yesterday, it paired to the PC, received audio when the mic attachment is not on, but as soon as I attach the mic to it, it stopped receiving audio and the mic doesn’t even work. PC side says the audio is going through and the mic still says it it’s the default device but literally nothing can be heard, and it takes no input from the mic.
