I have the mouse listed in title, I have been able to use the hype shift key that is the further forward of the keys. The keys that are defaulted to mouse 4 and 5, reassigned or not, do not seem to send anything to the computer. I have tried different versions of synapse and none of them are working. Any support would help as the mouse is too old for warranty and therefore too old for a chat box.
Edit: I have already updated firmware as well.
