Basalisk V3 Pro keeps turning off and on

So yesterday I was gaming with my friend and I alt escaped out of the game to close out some stuff and then just out of no where my mouse just started turning off and on and disconnecting and reconnecting from synaps. (My mouse is Bluetooth Btw) it doesn’t show much color other than purple when it turns back on and it’s not like a quick on and off it’s almost a pulsing thing and my mouse is charged 100% and the white dot on the bottom just goes quickly from red to blue to white sometimes? And it only stays on for like 4 seconds at a time. I’ve uninstalled synapses and reinstalled it and that didn’t work so I don’t particularly know what to do. Also this happens even when I plug it in to the PC to try and use it wired
