Base Station V2 Not Working

Hey! This is my first post here, and I wasn’t sure who to ask or contact. My V2 Chroma was functioning fine until one day it suddenly stopped working. It doesn’t light up, the USB ports do not work. I assume theres a problem with the power supply since I also tried plugging it into different computers to see if it would fix. No luck. I cant find the original receipt, so I know I cant just get it replaced. I’m wondering if somehow theres a break in the power cable, and if there is, are there any options for fixing this?

    Does the device still gets detected on your Device Manager? PM me the serial number of your device so I can check if there's a model-specific fix for this. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
