Basilisk calibration not available

Hi there! You should be able to calibrate a surface for the Basilisk. Is this the first time that you tried to recalibrate the surface? Have you tried doing a reinstall for Synapse 3 to see if it helps?

Thanks for your reply! I think there should be a feature to select the types of mouse mat like Synapse 2, but I can only set the lift-off range. However, the range setting is useless at all.

Hi... I have the same problem with my deathadder elite.. Tried to reinstall but I still haven't the "add a surface" option. How can I resolve it?

Hello. Have you tried doing a clean uninstall of Synapse? If not yet, please do and let me know how it goes through PM. Please include the link as reference.
