Basilisk Dock Connection Issue - USB not recognised
Hello,
When I plug the usb cable into the Basilisk Dock a windows explorer error pops up declaring usb device not recognised. the dock will not charge.
I have tried multiple usb ports and it makes no difference, the usb cable is capable of charging the mouse directly when plugged into the mouse directly.
