Basilisk Dock don't carge the mouse

When i try to charge my mouse on the baslisk dock it wont, also when i just try to use the mouse as normal with the reciever plugged inot the dock my computer “goes crazy”. Every few secons a windows sound plays as if I plug something in and then take it out. Also the mouse don’t work when the reciever is plugged into the dock, it works fine when the reciever is plugged directly into the PC.
