    Hi there! I appreciate that you've shared your Razer Basilisk's concern here. By the way, have you tried connecting the mouse to a different USB port or computer without a Razer Synapse installed? If you don't have a spare computer, please log out from Razer Synaose 3.0 and close/disable and programs and observe. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
