The middle mouse button definitely can be pressed (it responds in the sensitivity window) There is no assigning a function to it in the Customize window, but before my computer crashed i was able to assign it a function and also have also been able to do it on a different PC. As i have updated all the newest software this seems to be a strange problem. It would be nice if the software had an assignment but there is only the scroll up and down to be accounted for. HELP
Since the issue is also present on a different PC, let's try cleaning your mouse by following this guide. If the problem persists, send me the serial number of your mouse. I can use it to verify its model and check for other possible solutions. I'd also appreciate it if you can send me a copy of your proof of purchase, in case we may have to submit a warranty claim.
