Like the title said the bluetooth randomly disconnects since an synaps update. It normaly reconnects wthin a moment or so but recently its just dosent. 

 

I dont know where the dongle is so cant test it on hyperspeed. but i have used it in deferent configurations to make sure its not a bluetooth connectivity issue. it seems like the mouse just plain fails for some software reason. this problemhas gotten worse since a fresh install of synaps: now when it disconnects it does not reconnect till i go to the bluetooth connection settings in windows and power off and on the mouse.

 

what ive tried

  • reinstalling synaps fresh
  • replacing batteries

I’m sorry to hear about the dropping connection issue with your Razer mouse. To further isolate, please try to uninstall and reinstall the mouse driver by following the steps here.
