Basilisk Ultimate / Blackwidow v3 mini

Basilisk Ultimate: Does not charge properly on any of the docks (I have 2), I leave it charging overnight and its low (%) in the morning, I have to slightly wiggle it or prop it against the wall for it to charge, and there are times when the synapse shows it as charging when its not on the dock (picture provided - Basilisk not on dock) Blackwidow V3 mini: Double key presses, not just a single key... multiple (77777) <--- that's just 3 key presses MMy <--double key again My (four) key is not working 123567789 I've cleaned the keyboaard,, <--,,, checked windows settings which are set to lowest/slowest I've uninstalled and reinstalled synapse, also tried it on other pcs all those extra comas and letters is the keyboard malfunctioning

    Try resetting both devices via the Razer Synapse 3.0 settings and see if the issue persists. Also, please update the Razer Basilisk Ultimate's firmware through this link and BlackWidow V3 Mini Hyperspeed using this article.
