Charges for a good 5-10 min then stops take it off put it back on charges for few seconds then stops

Hi there,
Are you currently using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. You can also update its firmware. Feel free to drop me a PM if that didn’t do the trick. Do include your Razer Basilisk Ultimate’s serial number so I can check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
