Basilisk Ultimate Charging Dock not working on other ports

I just had my Razer Basilisk Ultimate Mouse with its charging dock. The dock works perfectly when plug in my PC. However, what I want is to plug the dock to another device like a phone charger because I want to leave the mouse to charge overnight so I get full battery for the next day. Plugin the dock to my PC is quite inconvenient because I always need to keep the PC on (I'm using laptop by the way) and I spend most of the time using the mouse instead of charging it. So is there any possible solution or I have to accept this?
