I was just using the mouse last night and I come back to it today, and it will not turn on. I’ve had it plugged in charging and still will not turn on when you switch it to the on position underneath the mouse. I’ve plugged it into my PC and still will not work. When I put the dongle in the PC, it recognizes it through Device Manager, but still will not recognize any sort of movement or clicks from the mouse. The RGB is also not turning on. I’ve made sure the cable works with other devices to charge. And I’ve tried using it on a different device and it will not work. Is there any way to maybe hard reset it to get it working? I’m not sure what else there is to do.

I literally had the same issue today. The mouse was perfectly fine yesterday and today it won’t turn on at all. No lights and the razer synapse software doesn’t recognize it either. I tried to manually turn it on/off and it doesn’t work either. I filled a case report to get further assistance.😥

Thank for letting us know about your Razer Basilisk Ultimate not turning on. Does it still charge? What about trying on a different PC? If that still doesn’t show some kind of life then you can drop me a PM along with its serial number so I can look for other workarounds.
