Basilisk Ultimate disconnecting repeatedly

My Basilisk disconnects immediately after powering on. I have gotten 2 units through RMA and the problem persists. The mice worked when connected with the supplied cable, they will not work when the dongle is plugged into either the charge base or the computer directly. I would really appreciate some help. I think I got a windows update that may have triggered this, but I can't be sure, it seemed to just randomly happen one day. I have video of it happening, I'll try to attach that. Also, I did uninstall Synapse, I updated the mouse firmware and I did all the other recommended troubleshooting steps.

    I fixed it by messing with my power settings. I don’t even know really what I did. I used the mouse in synapse in wired mode and messed with the power saving setting slicers. I also removed my onboard profiles, and made them from scratch. Hopefully this helps others.
