I ran into a problem where my basilisk ultimate would turn on and then disconnects after lik 5 seconds of working. Then this would continue if the click a botton where is turns on the disconnects. It is charged btw

Hey there,
Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. If possible, try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. If it does, please drop me a message via PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it and for proper documentation.
