Basilisk Ultimate, failed install 142 error

So windows launched the razer.exe on it's own without me downloading it when i connected my basilisk ultimate. So i went ahead and started downloading, failed several times to download the install files during the download, but it completed in the end. But all i get is errors when trying to install, it fails at 10%. When i run the .exe from razer i cant redownload files i can only choose to install, so the files that may be corrupted somewhere is preventing me from trying to download again. It's specifically the files i downloaded with the installer. I want to deleted the installer files but i got no clue where they are. I just cant trace where it put the files that get downloaded. I tried deleting everything i found in some guide, but nothing to suggest any of it was the installer cause they were not that big files. i get a 142 error, and i cant find ANYTHING. i did a system restore and i could after download the files, but again it failed once this time, but can resume just fine, nothing wrong with my connection. only thing i can try to do is do a clean win10 install, probs take same time like system restore lol :p i paid a premium so really feel that i need this software to work so i can finetune it.
