Basilisk Ultimate Hyperspeed Mouse w/ Charging Dock Won't charge
Brand new yesterday and it won't charge with dock or usb cable. Synapse software installed fine, all effects work as they should but software says it's charging and so recognizes when it's on it's base or plugged in but no joy and now it's almost dead.

Have you tried to connect the cable directly to the mouse to check if the mouse works on a wired connection? Sometimes this happens if the mouse driver isn't updated. Let's reinstall your mouse driver by following the steps on this page to update your mouse driver. Should the issue persists, PM me the mouse's serial number. I can use that to check for another possible fix.
