Last year I’ve purchased one of the supposed finest Razor mouses on the market, all was fine till a few weeks ago I got a problem. THe Basilisk Ultimate kept disconnecting and connecting in loops of around 2 seconds, no cause it just started to do this. I looked online like most would and found that it is a problem with the power setting most likely which has the bug that it is set to 0 minutes. But because in my case the dis/connect is so short and quick there is not enough time to change the setting of the mouse in Synapse and even when I’m fast enough the mouse is already lost it’s connection for the software to register the new power setting.
Is there a fix for this? As I paid way too much already for this mouse as it was supposed to be the best of the best and this obviously looks like a firmware or in short a Razor caused problem. and I do not see any other resolution but to go back to my el cheapo mouse from logitec which works better than the almost 300 Euro mouse… This is a bit of a dent in the image I had for Razor mouse, so if this is not resloved never again a Razor...
