Basilisk Ultimate randomly unresponsive | Razer Insider

Hello! Recently I bought a Razer Basilisk Ultimate to add to my setup, however, since getting it I have had a couple of problems. All of my problems have been solved except for one that is really annoying. That problem is that seemingly randomly, followed by all my razer gears lights flashing off for a second the mouse becomes unresponsive for anything from a couple of seconds to a couple of minutes (it actually happened near the beginning of my typing this and has continued until at least now). During this time no mouse movement or input is detected and macros are not set off by the mouse. Several troubleshooting steps have been taken which I will now list; Replacing mouse, updating firmware, repairing, reinstalling, and updating synapse, Reinstalling and updating drivers, changing windows version, and probably a few others that I have forgotten to mention seeing as I have been doing this for a week now. I have saved the logs after a couple of times that it happened and will attach them whenever my mouse feels like moving again. It should be noted that the problem did not appear in an hour-long period in which I had synapse uninstalled entirely.

I used the mouse fully wired yesterday and the problem never happened leading me to believe it is only a problem while wireless. I would still love to use it wirelessly as that is kind of the reason I bought it so a solution would still be much appreciated but it is useable for the time being.
Since clean reinstallation of Synapse did not fix the issue, you can try using the Mouse Pairing Utility. Should the problem persists, PM me the serial number of your mouse along with a copy of its proof of purchase so I can verify its model and validate its warranty status.
