Hi,
I'm having a reproducible wireless stuttering issue with my Razer Basilisk Ultimate when using the USB port on the Razer Mouse Dock Chroma.
I have already isolated the problem with the following tests:
- Basilisk Ultimate connected directly to the PC via USB cable: works perfectly, no stuttering.
- Wireless dongle connected directly to a USB port on the PC: works perfectly, no stuttering.
- Mouse Dock Chroma connected to the PC, with the wireless dongle inserted into the dock: severe and constant mouse stuttering.
- I tested using the same USB port on the PC during troubleshooting.
- The dock is positioned directly in front of the mouse, so distance should not be an issue.
- Synapse detects both the Basilisk Ultimate and the Mouse Dock Chroma correctly.
- Chroma lighting works correctly on both devices when Synapse is running.
- The dock charges the mouse normally.
- I manually updated the Basilisk Ultimate and wireless dongle using the official Razer firmware updater. They are now running firmware 1.08.00. The problem remains exactly the same.
The issue therefore only occurs when the wireless dongle is connected through the USB port on the Mouse Dock Chroma. Moving that same dongle directly to the PC immediately eliminates the stuttering.
Is this a known issue with the Mouse Dock Chroma USB passthrough, or is there anything else that can be done to diagnose or fix the dock itself?
Thanks.
