Recently i bought a mouse razer basilisk ultimate and i've been using it and everything was okay, but now i can't use it cause it says thats its turned off in razer synapse and it's not reactibg at all. I've tried to reinstall drivers, synapse, connected dongle to pc and then to dock station andnothing seems to help. What should I do to fix it

Hello there,
Try the Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool. You can also update your mouse’s firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
