Basilisk Ultimate - wifidongle dead after Update | Razer Insider
Skip to main content
About 90 minutes ago, after a gaming break, I came back to my pc, which had restarted in the meantime, which was due to a windows update (KB5006670).

Unfortunately, I also had to find out that the mouse no longer responded o_0 No matter what I tried, my "new" Basilisk Ultimate (with charging station) just get a connection to my pc via cable. the docking station apparently connects to synaps quite normally and when I plug in the wifi stick I also get an acoustic response from windows. Then I discovered Synaps3 doing some minutes before Windows10 installed KB5006670, also an update.

- no error messages from synaps in the eventhistory during the win update,

but about 6 minutes before the Synaps Web Service was (i think thats the update connectivity service, isn't it??)

omg a also shut down other wifi hardware near my computer to test it....

the short but hard way to fix my problem would be nice.... if any one just tell me i'm stupid because i dont see the easy solution!

because that helps me to go on playin valorant NOW :big_grin_::big_grin_::big_grin_::big_grin_:

If this behavior happens in the future, try restarting your computer first and unplug-replug your Razer devices. Else, repair the Razer Synapse 3.0 or proceed with the clean reinstallation. Otherwise, gather your MSinfo and Synapse 3.0 logs and submit a case to our Support Team. I’ll be locking this thread now. Feel free to send me a PM anytime or visit our self-help options should you have other questions or concerns.
